大学图书馆数据馆员职业技能发展研究

摘要

文章对大学图书馆数据馆员职业技能发展问题进行研究,围绕数据馆员角色演变、职业技能要求进行论述,并对我国大学图书馆数据馆员职业的未来发展提出建议.文章指出在学科馆员兼任数据馆员阶段,应从数据兴趣培养、数据资料和统计分析方法的掌握及数据交流与培训方面支持研究数据服务开展;接着,辨析了数据馆员应具备的核心技能,包括通用数据技能和学科数据技能;最后,提出数据馆员岗位设置、数据素养教育和数据服务技能培训三条职业技能发展建议.%The article focuses on the evolution of the role of data librarians and career skills requirements,then,puts forward some suggestions on the future development of university data librarians.In the stage of the subject librarians as well as data librarian,the data services should be supported in terms of data literacy,mastering data materials and statistical analysis methods,and data communication and training.Next,the core skills of the data librarian should be analyzed,including general data skills and disciplinary data skills.Finally,three suggestions are put forward for the ca-reer development of university data librarians,which include data librarian job settings,data literacy education and training for data service skills.
