铁离子对配制聚合物溶液粘度的影响及其去除研究

         

摘要

In view of the fact that the mixed solution of polymer solution diluted with oilfield produced sewage has lower viscosity, the injected water characteristics in Gudong joint station which belongs to Shengli oilfield were analyzed, the influence of polymer concentration and iron ions on viscosity of polymer was investi-gated; besides, the iron removal efficiency of iron removal agent(IR-1) on iron ions of the injected water was e-valuated. The test results showed that: at low polymer concentration, an approximate linear relationship between the polymer viscosity and concentration was obtained; micro-amount of Fe2+ led a sharp drop of the viscosity of the polymer solution, and the viscosity reduction rate was relatively high in high concentration polymer solutuion. Under the condtion that IR-1 dosage was 80 mg/L, the reaction time was about 40 min, the iron removal rate of the solution reached about 80%, the viscosity retention rate of the polymer solution diluted with treated sewage was above 93%.%针对油田采出污水稀释混配聚合物溶液粘度较低的问题,分析了胜利油田孤东某联合站内的配注水水质特征,考察了聚合物浓度及亚铁离子对聚合物粘度的影响,评价了除铁剂(IR-1)对配注水中铁离子的去除效果.研究结果表明:聚合物浓度低时,其粘度与浓度近似线性关系;微量Fe2+引起聚合物溶液粘度剧烈降低,且在高浓度聚合物溶液中的降粘率相对较高;除铁剂(IR-1)在投加量为80 mg/L、 反应时间为40 min左右时溶液除铁率达到80%左右;经除铁剂(IR-1)处理后的污水稀释聚合物溶液保粘率达93%以上.
