高职院校校企合作培养“双师型”教师的途径——机电设备维修专业“双师型”教师培养个案分析

摘要

通过个案研究的方法，剖析了一名机电设备维修专业“双师型”的成长经历，试图找到一条高职院校“双师型”教师的培养途径，为高职院校师资队伍建设提高参考。%　　According to the method of case study, this thesis analyzes the growing experience of a “double-qualified” teacher in electrical and mechanical maintenance specialty, trying to find a cultivating method of “double-qualified” teachers, in order to provide the reference to the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges.
