低温多效蒸馏技术在钢铁工业节能减排中的应用

         

摘要

随着钢铁工业节能减排工作的不断深入,如何有效利用钢铁生产过程中产生的低温、低压蒸汽,以及如何实现厂区废水零排放,发展循环经济、实现环境友好,是我国钢铁行业普遍关注的问题。低温多效蒸馏技术将低温、低压蒸汽的梯级利用和减少企业浓盐水的产生有机地结合起来,减少了企业常规水资源的消耗,有利于企业水循环系统中盐的平衡,为钢铁企业进一步提高能源利用效率和实现厂区废水零排放提供了一条新途径。%As more and more deepgoing of energy-saving emission reduction in the iron and steel industry, It is a generally concerned problem for Chinese steel companies, that how to effectively use the low temperature and low pressure steam generated in the process of steel production, in order to achieve the zero release of waste water, to develop the circular economy and realize the environmental friendly situation. The low temperature multi effect distillation technology can combine the cascade utilization of low temperature and low pressure steam with reduction of the strong brine output in the company, to reduce the comsuption of conventional water and help to balance the salt in the water circulation system of the steel company. It provides a new way to improve energy efficiency and achieve zero release of waste water for iron and steel enterprises.
