应用静电除雾塔净化宝钢冷轧酸洗槽酸雾的实践

1998年末，静电除雾塔在上海宝山钢铁公司冷轧厂首次应用，取得了非常理想的净化效果。详尽叙述了酸雾对该厂2030CM01酸洗工艺段的危害及静电净化酸雾的原理、净化过程、现场使用、工艺流程等，并将治理前后主要部位的酸雾浓度列表说明。%In the later 1998, the electrostatic fogremoving tower was first applied in cold rolling mill of Baogang, achieved good effect. This paper describing for acid fog how to do harm 2030 CM01 acidwashing technological process sector, principle of electrostatic removing acid fog, removing course, spot application, technological process, and so on, then demonstrating acid fog density before removing and after in the main spot by chart.
