Gives the heat balance test method of resistance furnace for titanium alloys forging, based on the heat balance test and data analysis of two sets of resistance furnace, get that the electric energy consumption per unit of product is the main factor affecting the thermal efficiency, and many factors that produce heat loss are discussed, puts forward improvement advice.%给出了钛合金锻造用电阻加热炉的热平衡测试方法，对两台电阻加热炉进行了热平衡测试和数据分析，结果发现产品单耗是影响热效率的主要因素，并对产生热损失的诸多因素进行讨论，提出了改进意见。
