转炉工艺处理废塑料的物料平衡和热量平衡分析

摘要

Calculated the change trend of material and energy in the converter process when adding 1 kg waste plastic-milling scale pellet using the method of material-thermal balance. The calculation results show: the increasing thermal amount is 519kJ/100kg steel; the increasing iron ore is 0.1kg/100kg steel; the increasing molten steel is 0.75kg/100kg steel; the increasing BOF gas is 0.377kg/100kg steel;the increasing oxygen consumption is 0.035kg/100kg steel.%利用物料平衡和热量平衡的方法，从理论上计算加入1kg废塑料铁鳞球团后，转炉系统中的物料变化和能量变化。计算结果为：每100 kg钢系统增加热量519 kJ，多加矿石0.1 kg；钢水产量增加0.75 kg；煤气增加量为0.377 kg；耗氧量增加为0.035 kg。
