基于生命周期和模块化相结合的液压缸节能设计

     

摘要

To quantitatively analyze the energy-saving design of hydraulic cylinder , the energy consump-tion in the whole life cycle is considered as the research object .Combining life cycle with modularization analysis , a topological structure of hydraulic cylinder is built according to the extenics theory , and the con-cept of energy-saving design unit is put forward .The indexes of cost , environment and efficiency are con-sidered to analyze and evaluate energy-saving design unit step by step to obtain the optimal design scheme of energy saving .The results show that this method can accurately evaluate the synthetical indexes of ener -gy-saving design unit at different levels and effectively control the energy consumption .Finally, the cylin-der of a particular model hydraulic cylinder is taken as a case , by which the life cycle stage of parts machi-ning is analyzed to prove the feasibility and practicability of the method .%为了量化分析液压缸的节能设计,以其全生命周期的能源消耗为研究对象,将生命周期和模块化分析相结合,根据可拓学原理构建液压缸拓扑结构,提出了节能设计元的概念,综合考虑其成本、环境、效率3项指标,逐级进行节能设计元的分析和评价,得出最优的节能设计方案。结果表明,该方法能够准确地评价各级节能设计元的综合指标,并有效地控制其能源消耗。最后以某型号液压缸零部件加工阶段中结构模块的缸筒为例,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。
