按照平准化生产原理,探求了汽车平准化生产的多品种均衡性和排程复杂性。在此基础上,构建了基于时段特征的混流切换模型,并进一步研究了混流切换模型下的多品种混流排程方法,解析了生产中获得排程满意解的基本过程,通过实例验证了混流切换模型和生产比倒数法的有效性,降低了实际生产排程复杂性。%The multi-species balance and scheduling complexity of auto leveling production is explored ac-cording to the principle of leveling production .In view of the background , a mixed production transforms model based on the characteristics of the time period is built to solve the scheduling problem of multi -spe-cies flow , combining with the proportion of production reciprocal method .The process of getting a satisfac-tory scheduling solution is given and the effectiveness of the model verified , reducing the complexity of the actual production scheduling .A welding workshop of F Car Company , composed of two main welding lines to supply an adjustment line , is taken as an example .In a certain period of time , according to the market demand and the company sales demand fluctuation , an appropriate production sequence was given . Through the optimization of the switching point between models , the dynamic demand of customers is ful-filled and the production system made more flexible .The results can be used by industry practitioners to improve production capacity and flexibility , assisting in achieving reasonable competitiveness .
