This paper proposes a system that includes the module of coal stack's volume-calculation based on image-processing and the module of coal stack's weight-estimation base on BP Neural Networks.ln this system,the laser is assembled on the machine,so that the scanning data can be col ected from the laser witch the movement of the machine.And then the scan-ning data are parsed to the 3D-data,in the absolute coordinate system,and the 3D-data can be mapped to a gray-scale image,which can be easily processed through image-processing algorithms.%提出了一种煤料堆体积和质量自动测量系统。该系统包含了基于图像处理方法的煤料堆体积测算和基于BP神经网络的煤料堆质量估算。在取料大机上安装激光扫描仪,通过控制取料大机的走形、回转和俯仰使得激光扫描仪的扫描面可以覆盖整个煤料堆。将激光扫描仪获取的相对坐标解析为对应料场上的绝对坐标,从而得到料堆的三维点云数据。将三维点云数据线性映射为二维灰度图像,在图像层面上使用一些理算法处理以获取料堆信息,最后提出了一种使用BP神经网络对料堆质量进行估算的方法。
