基于旁路信息的PLC安全监控系统

摘要

可编程逻辑控制器是工业控制系统中的重要现场设备，传统安全监控方法不能实现有效防护。设计了基于旁路信息的PLC安全监控系统，使用数据采集设备获取PLC运行时产生的能耗信息，并用机器学习的方法对其分析。测试结果表明该系统能够实现安全监控，无需修改工业控制系统的软件及硬件，结构简单，不影响工业控制系统的正常运行。%The PLC is the key component in the ICS,yet the traditional security approaches are not applicable to the PLC.This paper designs monitoring systems to oversee the PLC operation via a power-consumption side channel.Validating our monitoring schemes in our testbed,and shows that the scheme achieves high detection accuracy.In addition,the scheme does not require modifying the hardware or software in industrial control systems,and its deployment wil not interrupt the normal operation of industrial systems.
