目的:针对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者借由MRI进行诊断的实际效果加以摸索.方法:本次研究共计纳入病例38例(均为我院在2016年2月至2017年6月所接诊病例).所有患者按照MRI进行检查,并将检测结果与关节镜检测情况进行对比.结果:通过对比可以发现,MRI在膝关节交叉韧带损伤中的诊断效果与关节镜相比无显著差异P>0.05.结论:针对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者借助MRI检测,存在有较高的准确性,可促使该部分患者尽快确诊.%Objective: To explore the actual effect of MRI diagnosis in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint. Methods: A total of 38 cases (enrolled in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017) were included in this study. All patients were examined by MRI, and the results were compared with the results of arthroscopy examination. Results: By contrast, it can be found that there was no significant difference in the diagnosis of MRI in poor knee ligament injury compared with arthroscopy examination (P>0.05). Conclusion: For the patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint,there is a high accuracy with the aid of MRI testing,which can prompt the patients to be diagnosed as soon as possible.
