磁共振成像和关节镜检查在评价膝关节半月板损伤中的应用研究

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the value of MRI and arthroscopy in the evaluation of meniscus injuries of knee joint. Methods: From May 2016 to October 2017 in our department of meniscus injury in patients with a total of 150 cases of MRI and arthroscopy on it with arthroscopy as the gold standard, to observe the MRI and arthroscopy of meniscus injury and the degree of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of comparison. Results: MRI examination of the extent of meniscus damage, detection of meniscal tear sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, and arthroscopic examination results compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: MRI is a non-invasive and reliable method of examination.It can accurately evaluate the damage grading of meniscus,and can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.It is worth to be widely applied.%目的:探讨磁共振成像和关节镜检查在评价膝关节半月板损伤中的应用价值.方法:选择2016年5月至2017年10月之间在我院收治半月板损伤的患者共150例,对其进行MRI以及关节镜检查,以关节镜检查为金标准,观察MRI和关节镜检查半月板损伤程度以及检测的灵敏度、特异度、正确率的对比情况.结果:MRI检查半月板损伤程度的结果、检测半月板撕裂的灵敏度、特异度及正确率和关节镜检查结果相比较,差别不具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:MRI是一种无创、可靠的检查方法,可以准确的评价半月板的损伤分级并且可以提高诊断的正确率,值得广泛应用.
