某抽水蓄能电站1F机组上导摆度大及推力瓦温高问题的处理

         

摘要

Since May 2013, the upper guide swing and the temperature of thrust bearing bush of 1F unit of pumped-storage power station have been too high, so it is dangerous for safe operation of the pumped-storage generating unit. The fault of the over-throw of upper guide swing and the abnormal temperature rise of thrust bearing bush of 1F unit of pumped-storage power station were analyzed in this paper, then the suggestion of the fault is introduced. Thefi xed parts center of unit, unit axis, concentricity and verticality of thrust inner oil blocking ring were treated in the unit maintenance, and the thrust bearing and oil cooling loop were inspected detailed. After the unit was repaired, the operation data show that the upper bearing swing and the temperature of thrust bearing bush is normal.%某抽水蓄能电站1F机组自2013年5月以来上导摆度和推力瓦温持续偏高,严重影响机组的安全运行。本文对该机组上导摆度过大、推力轴瓦温度偏高的问题进行了深入的分析,排查故障原因;制定了检修方案,对机组固定部件中心、机组轴线、推力内挡油圈同心度及垂直度等进行了处理,同时对推力轴承及冷却油回路进行了详细的检查;检修处理后的运行数据表明机组摆度和推力瓦温基本正常,机组运行状态恢复正常。
