手性药物分析方法研究进展

摘要

Based on the concept of chiral drugs, the principle, characteristics and research examples of several kinds of commonly used chiral pharmaceutical analysis technology were reviewed, which includes high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), capillary electrophoresis (CE), molecular imprinting technology(MIT), high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC), supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) and enzymatic method. All these may provide guidance for chiral drug separation technology.%从手性药物的概念入手,阐述了高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、分子印迹技术、高速逆流色谱法、超临界流体色谱法和生物酶法等几种常用的手性药物分析技术的原理、特点及研究实例,以期为手性药物分离技术提供指导.
