浙贝母生物碱微波辅助法提取工艺研究

摘要

分别采用单因素和正交分析法研究了不同参数对微波辅助法和传统方法(摇床浸提法)提取浙贝母生物碱效果的影响.结果发现采用微波辅助法提取率为0.011 7%,比传统法略高但不显著;还确定了微波辅助法最佳提取条件是料液比为1:30(m:V,g:mL),功率为338 W,提取溶媒为80%乙醇,提取时间为150 s.%The oscillatory shaker (extraction) and microwave-assisted extraction methods of alkaloids from F.thunbergii were compared.Furthermore, the optimum extracting conditions of microwave-assisted method were confirmed by single factor analysis and orthogonal test.The results showed that the best conditions for ultrasonic-assisted extraction were as follows; 80％ ethanol as the solvent, solid to solvent ratio at 1∶30 (m∶V,g∶mL), extraction time 150s, and microwave power 338W.Under these conditions, the extraction rate of alkaloid was 0.0117％.
