蒲公英居群白粉病抗性的划分及抗性机理

     

摘要

Through field trials and laboratory analysis, different Taraxacum mongolicum Handel-Mazz. population were studied to identify their resistance to powdery mildew [Sphaerotheca fusca (Fr.) Blum.]. The results showed that the resistance varied significantly among these six populations. The resistance grade was classified after investigation in the field. The change of SOD, POD and MDA activity in three T. mongolicum populations before and after inoculated powdery mildew was studied using potteding T. mongolicum in the laboratory as CK. The results showed that the SOD activity was the highest in the immune population with significant differences. The immune population and the moderate population was 12.3% and 5.8% higher respectively to the susceptible population. For the MDA activity, the susceptible population was 33.8% higher than the moderate population, and the immune population 41.0% higher than the moderate population. The POD activity which show the highest value in the earliest day (the second day) was of the immune population. and the difference was significant. The activity of SOD and POD in immune population was the highest and was positively correlated with the resistance.%采用田间试验与室内分析的方法,对不同蒲公英(Taroxacum mongolicum Handel-Mazz.)居群进行了白粉病[Sphaerotheca fusca (Fr.) Blum.]抗性试验.结果显示,供试的6个蒲公英居群间的白粉痛抗性存在着显著或极显著的差异,并在田间抗病性调查基础上进行了抗性级别分类.室内盆栽蒲公英以高感居群为对照,对免疫和中抗2个具有抗白粉病代表性的居群进行了接种试验,接种前后对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标进行了测定.结果表明,室内病情调查与田间一致,免疫居群的SOD活性最高,差异极显著,免疫居群和中抗居群的SOD活性分别比高感居群高12.3%和5.8%;高感居群的MDA含量比中抗居群的高33.8%,免疫居群的含量比中抗居群高41.0%;免疫居群POD含量最早出现最大值(处理第二天),但以高感居群含量最高,差异极显著.SOD和POD的增长率以免疫居群最高,其与抗性呈正相关关系.
