制丝工艺参数对主流烟气中氢氰酸含量影响研究

     

摘要

In order to study the effects of processing parameters on HCN, four processes including microwave loosening, loosening and conditioning, cutting and drying were researched.Results showed that,①There was no correlation between water-steam pressure during loosening and conditioning and HCN; mutual acts of hot-air temperature and running rate of cylinder affected HCN negatively.② In drying process, there was no correlation between hot-air temperature and HCN; opening of moisture exhaust value, mutual acts of opening of hot air value and steam pressure of HT was positively related with HCN; mutual acts of opening of moisture exhaust value and running rate of cylinder, steam pressure of HT and opening of hot air value had negative effects on HCN.Mutual acts of opening of moisture exhaust value and running rate of cylinder had greater effects than mutual acts of opening of moisture exhaust value and opening of hot air value; mutual acts of opening of moisture exhaust value and steam pressure of HT, and mutual acts of steam pressure of HT and opening of hot air value had the minimum impact.%为研究卷烟工艺参数对主流烟气中氢氰酸含量的影响,选择了微波松散、松散回潮、切丝、HT烘丝4个工序进行试验.结果表明.在松散回潮工序中水汽喷嘴压力时卷烟氢氰酸舍量基本无影响.而热风温度和筒体转速的交互作用对氢氰酸含量有负作用;在HT烘丝工序中.热风温度对氢氰酸舍量基本无影响:而有正作用的是依次排潮风门开度与热风风门开度、HT工作蒸气压力的交互作用:有负作用的依次是排潮风门开度与筒体转速、HT工作蒸气压力与热风风门开度的交互作用.影响的大小顺序为排潮风门开度与筒体转速交互作用>排潮风门开度与热风风门开度交互作用>排潮风门开度与HT工作蒸气压力交互作用>HT工作蒸气压力与热风风门开度的交互作用.
