摘要

Salmonella is an important pathogenic bacterium of zoonosis that can cause intestinal infection in both humans and animals. This review briefly introduced research progress of the rapid detection of Salmonella in recent years and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods, hoping to find a fast, simple, specific and sensitive method that could detect the majority serotypes of Salmonella.%沙门氏菌是一种能引起人和多种动物肠道感染的重要人畜共患的病原菌.简要介绍了近年来沙门氏菌快速检测技术研究进展,并分析各种检测方法的优缺点,以期寻找一种快速、简便、特异、灵敏,能检测绝大多数血清型沙门氏菌的方法.
