渔业资源产权化管理在我国本土化的研究

渔业资源产权化管理是有效保护渔业资源的根本措施.这是一种产出控制管理方式,是西方发达国家通行的做法.而目前我国渔业资源管理采用的主要方式是投入控制管理.渔业资源产权化管理应该是我国渔业资源管理科学发展的路径选择.%Fishery resources property right management was a fundamental measure for the effective protection of fisheries resources, which was an output control management style, and was the common practice in Western countries. At present, input control management was the principal way in China's fishery resources management, fishery resources property right management was the path choice of China's fishery resources management in the way of scientific development.
