蛋白粉经萃取,过PCX柱提纯后,采用Symmetry-C<,18>柱,以庚烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液一甲醇(95:5,V/V)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,测定蛋白粉中三聚氰胺的含量.该方法在1~100.0mg/L范围内,相对标准偏差小于0.04%,标准曲线呈良好的线性关系(R<'2>=0.999 1),最低检出限为1.0 mg/L,样品加标回收率为98.7%~104.0%.相对标准偏差小于0.4%,该方法能快速有效地测定蛋白粉中三聚氰胺的舍量.%A HPLC method for the determination of melamine in protein powder was developed. Melamine in sample was extracted and purified by PCX column, then separated in Symmetry-C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of sodium heptanesulfonate and methanol (95∶5,V/V) at 1.0 mL/min. The method showed a good linear relationship (r=0.9991) for melamine of 1~100.0mg/L with relative standard deviation was less than 0.4%, the detection limit was 1.0 mg/L, the recoveries ranged from 98.7% to 104% with relative standard deviations less than 0.04%. The method was a fast and accurate one for detecting melamine in protein powder.
