热胁迫下紫花苜蓿种子萌发特征及耐热性研究

     

摘要

通过高温处理研究了紫花苜蓿不同品种的种子萌发特征和耐热性.结果表明,相比25℃和30℃处理,35℃高温处理延迟了种子萌发高峰的出现.但对发芽历程无影响:发芽率和发芽指数随温度的升高而降低.但不同品种所受影响程度不同;胚根长度和胚芽长度在不同品种间差异显著(P<0.05),是评价苜蓿耐热性的合适指标;胚根长度和种子活力具有相关性,相关系数0.865 0,达极显著水平(P<0.01);耐热性综合评价结果表明.品种萨兰多、ST04081、牧歌702和射手属于耐热较强;丰宝和三得利耐热性中等;而KF04082、游客、WL414和爱菲尼特则耐热性较弱.建议在长江及以南地区选择萨兰多、牧歌702等耐热性较强的品种进行栽培推广.%The germination characteristics and heat tolerance of alfalfa under different high temperature stress were studied.The results showed that the germination peak of the treatment of 35℃ appeared later than those of 25℃ and 30℃. but their germination processes had no difference. With the increase of temperature, germination rate and germination index decreased.but all alfalfa varieties were influenced in different degree. The length of radicel and embryo were in significant difference among different varieties (P<0.05). so they were taken as proper index to appraise the heat tolerance of alfalfa. The correlation between radicel length and seed vigor of alfalfa was significant at the 0.01 level and its correlative coefficient was 0.8650. The results of comprehensive appraisal on heat tolerance indicated that the variety of Salado. ST04081, Amerigraze 702 and Archer had higher tolerance to heat than other. and the Powerplant and Sandti were mid-tolerant to heat. while the KF04082. Eureka. WL414 and Affinity had lower tolerance to heat. It was suggested that the varieties with higher heat tolerance such as Salado and Amerigraze 702 should be planted in Yangtze river and its south region of China.
