以二球悬铃木[Platanus acerifolia(Air.)Willd.]为材料.取直径为2~16 mm的花蕾,用卡宝品红压片法制片,在光学显微镜下观察花粉发育情况.结果表明,当花蕾直径为3 mm以下时,花粉基本处于四分体时期;当花蕾直径为3~9 mm时,花粉处于单核居中期;当花蕾直径为9~14 mm时,花粉处于单核靠边期:当花蕾直径为14mm以上时,花粉处于双核期.%The pollen development stage was observed with optical microscope using Platanus ×acerifolia (Ait.) Willd. floral buds of 2~16 mm in diameter as material, which were stained by modified carbol fuchsin solution. The results showed that,most pollens from the floral buds <3 mm in diameter were in the stage of tetrad, while the peak stage of early uninuclear,late uninuclear and binuclear pollens appeared when the floral buds was in 3~9mm. 9~14 mm and>14 mm in diameter, respectively.
