研究农业从业人口与农业种植结构耦合关系有利于掌握区域农业种植结构调整特征和劳动力转移方向,合理调控区域农业发展和劳动力转移.采用洛伦茨曲线、基尼系数、灰色关联分析和农业种植结构变化动态度方法,分析了河南省农业种植类型与农业从业人口空间分布、数量时空变化、利用结构动态变化的耦合关系.结果表明,河南省农业种植类型与农业从业人口在空间分布及数量时空变化方面耦合程度较高,农业种植结构动态变化度与人口动态变化度耦合度较低.农业种植类型与农业从业人口时空分布有利于农业发展,但农业种植结构调整对农业劳动力转移影响有限.%Analysis of coupling relationship hetween number of farm employed persons and agricultural planting structure is important to find out agricultural planting structure changing character and farming labors transferring direction, to regulate area agriculture development and labor transferring in reason. This paper analyzes the coupling relationship among different farm crops spatial distribution, farm crops sown area and numher of farm employed persons, and between change degree of agricultural planting structure and number of farming employed persons with the methods of Lorentz Curve, Gini Coefficient,grey theory and dynamic changing degree model. The results indicate a high coupling relationship among the farm crops spatial distributing, farm crops sown area and the number of farming employed persons,and low coupling relationship between agricultural cultivation type change and numher of farming employed persons change in Henan province. The spatial and temporal distribution of the different agricultural cultivation type and numbers of farming employer persons is advantaged to agricultural development; hut agricultural planting structure change has limited influence on farming labors transferring.
