HACCP在淡水养殖中的应用及推广

     

摘要

HACCP体系已成为提高食品行业安全质量管理的重要手段,在淡水养殖中运用HACCP体系不仅可以提升淡水产品的质量安全还能增强其市场竞争力.简述了HACCP体系的基本原理及其在淡水养殖中的应用,提出了HACCP体系在我国淡水养殖业中推广的几点建议.%HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system is an important mean of improving quality and security management in food inclustry. If conducted in freshwater aquaculture. it would not only upgrade the quality and safety of freshwater products, but also enhance its market competitiveness. A few suggestions on promotion of HACCP system in freshwater aquaculture in China were given after a brief introduction of the principle of HACCP system and its application in freshwater aquaculture.
