加强农业科技成果转化的思考与对策

摘要

Scientific and technological achievements could become real productivity only through transformation, which was an important link combining science with economy. The mechanism,pattern, security and university-industry cooperation of scitech achievements' transformation in developed countries were described. The successful foreign experience that provide enlightment for strengthing sci-tech transformation in China include cultivation enterprises as the main transformation body, strengtheing universtity-industry cooperation, perfecting the mechanism and security systerm. Futhermore, the countermeasures and thoughts were put forward pertinently.%科技成果只有通过转化才能成为现实生产力,农业科技成果转化是实现农业科技与经济相结合的重要纽带.本文描述了发达国家推动农业科技成果转化机制、模式、保障体系建设及产学研合作等方面的做法和经验,并从培育企业为转化主体、加强产学研合作、完善机制和保障体系等方面论述了国外成功经验对我国加强科技成果转化的启示,针对性地提出了对策和思路.
