施沃泊住宅作为柯布西耶早期住宅作品所有预言的集大成者,对其之后的设计理念发展具有重要意义,值得我们去深入研究.但是由于施沃泊住宅的革新之处并不十分明显,且相对于之后的萨伏伊别墅等也显得并不成熟,国内对此很少有过深入的研究.该文将从建筑形态、视觉感受、空间构成等方面对施沃泊住宅进行分析,从外到内,从人们走进建筑看到它的第一印象开始慢慢体会,一一揭示出施沃泊住宅中柯布式的预言,试以捕捉柯布西耶创作中那些隐藏在其丰富变化背后的持续的设计思想,探求出柯布西耶设计哲学中不变的东西.%The Villa Schwob is the representative of the early residential works of Le Corbusier in his hometown, it has an important meaning for Le Corbusier's later design concept, and it is worth our further study. But because the innovative places of the Villa Schwob are not very obvious, and compared to him later designed works such as the Villa Savoye also does not seem to mature, so in China, there are few people interested in it. This article will analyze the Villa Schwob in terms of its architectural form, visual perception, and space composition, from outside to inside, and from the first impression people see it to the experience they walk into the building, and revealed the prophecy of the Villa Schwob ,to catch those sustainable design ideas of Le Corbusier's creations that hidden in the rich changes, and to explore the same things in the design philosophy of Le Corbusier.
