以建三江为中心的生态旅游资源分析和旅游路线规划研究

摘要

三江平原是我国最大的低平原淡水沼泽分布区、农业生态示范区和国家重要的商品粮生产基地,拥有丰富的生态旅游资源.对三江平原生态资源进行分析,确定为“两带—三点—四组团”资源总体结构.建三江是三江平原国有农场集群的行政管理中心,规划以建三江为中心,深入挖掘自然和人文旅游资源,组织多日程的旅游线路方案.开展三江平原湿地风光游、北大荒特色文化游、特色乡村休闲度假游等生态专项旅游.发展生态旅游产业,加大湿地保护力度,制定湿地旅游资源开发与保护的途径与对策,实现服务全国,面向世界的北方特色旅游目的地的发展规划目标.%Sanjiang plain is Chinese largest low plain pantano area,agricultural demonstration district and important national commercial grain production base,having rich ecotourism resources.Analyzing the ecological resources of Sanjiang plain,it is identified that the "2 belts-3 points-4 regiments" resources overall structure.Jiansanjiang is the administrative center of Sanjiang stateowned farms cluster.The new plan takes Jiansanjiang as the center,deeply develop its natural and humanistic touristic resource,and organize the multiday tour route scheme.In such way,developing Sanjiang plain wetland scenery tour,Great North Wild characteristic cultural tour,characteristic rural leisure vacation tour and other special ecotour.Developing eco-tourist industry,reinforcing wetland protection,planning methods and countermeasures of wetland tour resources development and protection,are the main point of the north characteristic tourism development planning target,which is also servicing whole country and facing the world.
