对医院编外人员的管理思考

摘要

Currently, a large number of non-permanent staff is employed in public hospitals. It is an important issue for the human resource management department in hospital to manage the non-permanent staff standardly and efficiently as well as encourage them to seek common development with the hospitals in the binary structure of human resources compiled with permanent and non-permanent staff.%目前，公立医院大量聘用编外人员，如何在编内与编外形成的二元人力资源结构下，规范、高效地管理编外人员，使其与医院共谋发展，是目前医院人力资源管理部门研究的重要课题。
