针对军队疗养院开展疗养科研工作存在的困难与问题,提出抓疗养科研必须把握好“有特色、多激励、善合作”等三个要点.有特色应着重考虑正常值及疗效观察、专病疗养康复、战伤病康复；多激励应着重落实压担子、搭台子、常鼓励；善合作应着重做好争取上级支持、搞好院内协作、院外合作等提出相应的建议和对策,是对抓疗养科研工作的有益探索.%The measures to deal with the problems in the science and research management of military sanatorium were put forward to promoting the sanatorium science and research development. The main points were defined as having distinguishing features, more encouragement and skillful cooperation. Having distinguishing features should emphasize the normative values and clinic efficacy of single disease and war - wounds restorative. More encouragement emphasized giving talents more role and more assignment and more power. Skilful cooperation stressed on superior sustain and inside collaboration and outside cooperation.
