中美减灾救援联合实兵演练的总结与思考

摘要

对参加中外卫勤联合实兵演练进行经验总结，通过分析演练中存在的问题，从应急卫勤救援训练常态化、应急医疗流程标准化、新型野战卫勤装备体系化、卫勤工作指导体制化等四个方面，探讨提高卫勤保障效能，为中心医院遂行中外卫勤演练和保障任务提供参考。%The article summarized the experiences of certain military central hospital participating in the Chinese and foreign health service joint live-fire drill for the first time.By analyzing the problems existing in the exercises, the authors concluded several experiences on improving the medical support effectiveness, including the normalization of emergency medical rescue training, the standardization of emergency medical process, the system-atic establishment of new field medical equipment, the systematization of medical work guidance, and so on.All the experiences should provide a reference model to the other military central hospital to carry out the Chinese and foreign medical support practice.
