The steel cable belt clinker-handing conveyor mainly includes driving station, steel cable belt, steel tray and roller, rail and support, feed channel, tension station, safety net, and safety switch, etc.The clinker is conveyed to the silo from the cooler in the cement production line, which can improve the capacity and efficiency of the clinker during conveying and lifting process, and significantly reduce the cost of equipment itself and maintenance.The paper mainly in-troduces the process management during site construction works by steel cable belt clinker-handing conveyor.%　　钢丝绳芯胶带熟料输送机主要包括驱动站、钢丝绳芯胶带、钢制料盘及滚轮、轨道及支撑、导料槽、张紧站、安全网及安全开关等，在水泥生产线中将熟料从冷却机运送到熟料库。它提高了熟料的输送和提升过程的产能和效率，也大大降低了设备自身及维修保养方面的成本。本文重点介绍钢丝绳芯胶带熟料输送机现场施工中的工艺管理。
