保温板废料在沥青混合料中的应用

摘要

绍兴中基建筑节能科技有限公司在生产发泡工艺保温板过程中,不断产生大量残次品.考虑将废料磨细,取代部分矿粉添加到路面沥青混合料中.通过全部使用普通矿粉和回收材料取代部分矿粉对比试验研究,发现该废料取代部分矿粉后,混合料的高温稳定性能和劈裂强度未有明显变化,结果表明该废料可以用来取代部分矿粉应用于沥青路面,实现废料的资源化利用.%Shaoxing Zhongji building and energy saving Co. By the comparison of tests with common mineral powder and waste replaced part of the common mineral powder, it's found that the stability at high temperature and indirect tension changes little, which shows that the waste can be used to replace part of the mineral powder used in asphalt pavement to achieve waste utilization.
