基于一阶分析法的柔性加劲板优化设计

         

摘要

对柔性加劲板的合理布置进行分析.将能量方法与一阶分析的优化方法相结合,建立柔性加劲板的非线性规划模型,其中以加劲肋的用钢量为目标函数,以加劲肋的根数及尺寸为设计变量,建立满足加劲肋刚度比及加劲板稳定性要求的状态变量之间的约束关系,用以确定柔性加劲板的优化设计.在计算中,列出了优化模型的具体表达式及优化过程中的关键求解策略.应用该法对某加劲板进行了优化设计,计算结果表明,将能量法与一阶分析法引入柔性加劲板的优化设计是可行的,结果也是合理的.%Analysis flexible stiffened plate' s reasonable layout.With combination of energy method and first order optimization method, build up flexible stiffened plate' s nonlinear optimization model, take total steel weight as object function, take stiffener' s amount and size as design variables, and built restrain relation between design variable and state variable meeting condition of stiffener' s stiffness ration and stiffened plate' s stability to do flexible stiffened plate' s optimization.In the analysis, suggest concrete model and critical solution strategy.Use this method to design stiffened plate, the result shows taking energy method and first order optimization method as a whole to do flexible stiffened plate' s optimization design is feasible and reasonable.
