一种针对级配范围且基于功能设计的沥青砼配比设计方法

     

摘要

在现有马歇尔配合比设计的基础上,提出了一种针对级配范围且基于功能设计的沥青混合料配合比设计方法,以用于高温多雨大交通量条件下高速公路沥青路面中、下面层的配比设计.该方法采用修正的基于最紧密嵌挤状态的最佳油石比设计方法确定最佳沥青用量,使用性能检验时引入级配范围的设计思想.研究结果表明,该方法从实际情况出发,确保在正常容许的施工油石比和级配偏差范围内,沥青混合料的高温稳定性和密水性两项主要功能能始终满足要求.%Based on current Marshall mixture design, this paper proposes an asphalt mixture ratio design method aiming at gradation range based on the function design, which is applied to the mixture ratio design of mid-layer,lower layer of highway asphalt pavement in circumstances of high temperature , rainy and heavy traffic.The method determines the optimum asphalt content by using modified optimum asphalt - aggregate ratio method based on aggregate closest compact condition, and applies the gradation range of design to the performance test. The research results show that, the method ensures that under the normal allowable deviation range of construction asphalt-aggregate ratio αnd gradation, the mixture high temperature stability and the quality of waterproofing will always meet the requirements practically.
