级配碎石基层在公路柔性路面中的应用

摘要

In order to promote the application of flexible base asphalt pavement,this paper expounds the road performance of the graded gravel base,which means the anti-fission performance,rut resistance and drainage ability.Based on the experiments,the basic properties of the materials in the graded gravel base was analyzed,and the design of the grading components,quality control technology were also studied.The best way to improve the intensity of the graded gravel base and the structure stability is to make the technology index of the materials strictly,design the grading components scientifically,and strengthen the quality control.The practice results also showed that the graded gravel base shared good load capacity,and it is a suited kind of pavement structure for heavy traffic.%为了推广柔性基层路面的应用,阐述了级配碎石基层的路用性能,即防裂性、抗车辙性和排水性能.结合试验分析了级配碎石基层材料的基本性能,研究了级配组成设计、质量控制技术.严格材料技术指标,设计科学的级配组成及加强质量过程控制,才是提高级配碎石基层强度和稳定性的有效途径.工程实践效果表明:级配碎石基层具有良好的承载能力,适作为重交通路面结构层.
