压力注浆法修补混凝土裂缝的力学分析

         

摘要

裂缝是混凝土工程的常见病害,裂缝的存在会影响混凝土结构物的耐久性、使用性和安全性。为延长混凝土结构的使用寿命、使建筑物恢复正常使用,通常采取各种办法对裂缝进行修补。压力注浆法修补混凝土裂缝是目前较常用的方法。本文从以界面粘结理论为依据,先通过剪切粘结试验测试混凝土裂缝修补试件的力学性能及相关参数,然后用 ANSYS 软件模拟混凝土试件裂缝分布及破坏形态,并进行力学分析。研究结果表明:理论计算结果与试验结果较接近,证明了计算方法的合理性,理论分析的结果可为工程应用提供可靠依据。%Crack is a common disease in concrete engineering.The concrete crack not only re-duces the durability of building but also affects the safety and use function of building.In order to length-en service life of building and make building restore the normal use to mend crack by various methods. Grouting concrete cracks method with pressure is more common method to repair concrete cracks.In this article,analysis base on the interface bonding principle.the first,through the shear bond test,tested the mechanical properties and related parameters of concrete specimens repaired cracks,and then using the ANSYS software to simulate and analyse the distributor of cracks and failure models.These conclusions are proved true by making use of numerical analyses method.These theories are useful for engineering application.
