“白改黑”路面改造中共振破碎施工工艺研究

         

摘要

在福州市东二环路路面改造工程中,基于试验段旧水泥砼路面和水泥稳定基层的弯沉检测和承载板试验,利用弹性地基板振动理论计算出旧水泥砼路面板的固有频率为59.51 Hz,综合考虑设备性能,提出以旧水泥砼路面板固有频率的0.74倍作为工程共振破碎的激振频率。在该激振频率下,基于2.5,3.0,3.5 km/h 3种不同的行走速度,19、20,21 MPa 3种不同的激振力,分别进行行走速度与激振力不同组合下的水泥砼路面共振破碎施工。对施工结果的检测和分析表明,水泥砼路面共振破碎施工的合理行走速度为3.0~3.5 km/h,合理激振力为20~21 MPa。%Based on the deflection test and the in-place plate-bearing test respectively for the origi-nal cement concrete pavement and cement stabilized base in the rebuilding cement pavement engineering for Fuzhou Dong Er Huan Road,the natural vibration frequency of the cement concrete plate was compu-ted to be 59.51 Hz using the vibration theory of elastic foundation plate.Then the resonant frequency of vibration was recommended to be 0.74 times of the natural vibration frequency of the cement concrete plate.At that resonant frequency of vibration,the resonance crushing construction experiment was carried out based on three different travel speed of 2.5 km/h,3.0 km/h and 3.5 km/h with three exciting force of 19 MPa,20 MPa and 21 MPa.Test and analyses for the construction results show that the rational travel speed should be 3 .0 to 3 .5 km/h and the rational exciting force should be 20 to 2 1 MPa for the resonance crushing construction.
