高原山区公路施工安全风险分析与控制--以川藏公路为例

摘要

在高海拔复杂地质环境下，高原山区公路工程施工过程中存在着大量风险，如何有效控制工程施工风险已成为目前亟待解决的问题。以川藏公路改建工程为例，基于风险管理理论，结合川藏公路改建工程所处的地域环境，对高原山区公路改建工程施工安全风险进行识别，主要包括灾害风险、高原风险、工程风险、社会风险及管理风险等，制定了针对性的施工安全风险管理对策，并对典型风险给出了相应的施工安全风险控制措施，将为其他高原山区公路施工加强风险管控提供参考与借鉴。%Under the condition of high altitude and complicated geological environment,lots of risks existing in the process of highway construction,how to control effectively safety risk has become se-rious problem.According to the characteristic of Sichuan-Tibet highway,based on the theory of risk man-agement,safety risks are identified,including disaster risk,plateau risk,project risk,social risk,man-agement risk and so on.Control measurements of the risk are made and corresponding control measures are provided for important risk,for other highway construction to provide the reference.
