索承式桥梁腐蚀吊索钢丝蚀坑特征研究

         

摘要

In this paper,four common morphologies of corroded wires pits from Yuan-zhou bridge were introduced firstly.Then,the corrosion pit’s distribution characteristics of wires from Yuan-zhou bridge were analyzed,and the profile features of corroded wires were analyzed too.Statistics show that 3D dimension of corrosion pit is complex,and the data are discrete,and the pit length,width and depth are consistent with the lognormal distribution.The distribution characteristics of pit and profile were studied by using of fractal theory.Research shows that the corrosion pit dimensions and wire profile have obvious fractal features,and the length dimension increases with the increase of weight loss rate,and the width di-mension decreases with the increase of weight loss rate,and the depth dimension increases with the weight loss rate.%首先介绍了袁州大桥腐蚀钢丝蚀坑4种常见形貌,然后利用39根袁州大桥拆除得到的腐蚀旧钢丝分析研究了钢丝腐蚀蚀坑的三维尺寸分布特征,进行蚀坑几何参数的量测和统计,记录每个蚀坑的长度、宽度(弦长)和深度。数理统计表明蚀坑三维尺寸复杂,离散性大,蚀坑长度、宽度和深度较符合对数正态分布。利用分形理论研究了钢丝蚀坑尺寸的特征及蚀坑发展规律,研究表明腐蚀蚀坑三维尺寸具有明显分形特征,长度维数和深度维数随着失重率的增加而增加,宽度维数随着失重率的增加而降低。
