聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

         

摘要

In this paper MMLS3 accelerated load testing,freeze-thaw splitting test,immersion Marshall test,bending test,APA fatigue tests were investigated polyester fiber content on the high tem-perature stability of asphalt mixture,water stability,low temperature resistant crack resistance and fatigue properties,and with SBS modified asphalt mixture were compared.The test results showed that :The ad-dition of polyester fiber can significantly improve the asphalt temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance,although polyester fiber added to improve water stability of asphalt mixture and fa-tigue performance,but and SBS modified bitumen mix improved compared to its effect is not obvious.Fi-nally,considering the modified polyester fiber asphalt pavement performance and economics of the pro-ject,the paper recommended optimum dosage of polyester fibers.%基于 MMLS3加速加载试验、冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验、小梁弯曲试验、APA 疲劳试验分别研究了聚酯纤维掺量对沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性以及疲劳性能,并将其与 SBS 改性沥青混合料进行了对比。试验结果表明,聚酯纤维的添加可显著改善沥青混合料的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,聚酯纤维的加入虽能改善沥青混合料的水稳定性和疲劳性能,但和 SBS 改性沥青混合料相比其改善效果并不明显,综合考虑聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料的路用性能和工程的经济性,最终推荐了聚酯纤维的合理掺量范围。
