Steel corrosion in concrete structural damage is large,but most previous studies based on uniform corrosion expansion.The protective layer of rust on the expansion fracturing mechanism and disciplinarian were studied in order to apply the finite element software ABAQUS non-uniform displace-ment field and simulated stainless steel non-uniform expansion,the results tend to indicate that steel cor-rosion protection layer formed on one side oval rust expansion shaped expansion ring rust and rust pro-posed expansion of the bridge structure and remaining life assessment method based on reinforcement measures.A continuous girder bridge in Guangdong as for the engineering practice,to verify the correct-ness of the durability of steel corrosion-based assessment and strengthening program.%钢筋锈蚀对混凝土结构损伤较大,但以往的研究大多基于均匀锈胀。对保护层锈胀致裂机理及规律进行了研究,以有限元 ABAQUS 软件施加非均匀位移场而模拟钢筋的非均匀锈胀,计算结果表明钢筋锈蚀更趋向于保护层一侧锈胀而形成椭圆形锈胀圈,并提出基于锈胀的桥梁结构剩余寿命评定方法及加固措施。以广东某连续梁桥为工程实践,验证了基于钢筋锈胀的耐久性评定及加固方案的正确性。
