钢桥面铺装层组合结构性能研究

         

摘要

For the ubiquitous problem of steel deck pavement durability,like transposition,upheav-al,rutting,cracking,It is put forward that "shear studs +steel mesh +high toughness lightweight concrete underlayer + high viscosity high elastic waterproof bonding stress absorb layer +SMA high viscosity high elastic wear layer",which is a highly durability pavement composite structure.High temperature stability, the interlayer adhesion and fatigue properties of the small-scale pavement composite structure model are investigated and successfully applied in ZhiCheng Yangtze river bridge reinforcement maintenance engi-neering.The results show that composite structure of high durability pavement has excellent shear adhe-sion properties,high temperature stability and flexural fatigue properties.The research results provide technical support for the field of steel bridge deck.%针对钢桥面铺装层普遍存在的推移、拥包、车辙、开裂等耐久性问题,提出“剪力钉+钢筋网+高韧性轻质混凝土下层+高粘高弹防水粘结应力吸收层+高粘高弹 SMA 磨耗层”的高耐久铺装层组合结构,对小比例尺铺装组合结构模型的高温稳定性能、层间粘结性能和疲劳性能进行了研究,成功应用于枝城长江大桥维修加固工程,研究结果表明,高耐久铺装层组合结构具有优异的粘结抗剪性能、高温稳定性能与抗弯拉疲劳性能,研究成果可为我国钢桥面铺装领域提供技术支撑。
