不同水性环氧树脂掺量乳化沥青冷再生混合料耐久性试验研究

         

摘要

为提高乳化沥青冷再生混合料的早期强度和耐久性,将水性环氧树脂掺入乳化沥青冷再生混合料中,进行了不同掺量下水性环氧树脂对乳化沥青冷再生混合料早期强度、抗压回弹模量、高低温性能、长期使用性能和抗疲劳耐久性的影响试验,进而确定了用于冷再生混合料的最佳水性环氧树脂掺量。研究结果表明:相比于普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料,水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料在水性环氧树脂掺量分别为1%、2%、3%时,其模拟现场的早期强度分别提高62%、87%、92%,水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料在养生3d 后就能钻出完整芯样,掺加水性环氧树脂显著提高了乳化沥青冷再生混合料的早期强度;随着水性环氧树脂掺量增大,乳化沥青冷再生混合料高低温性能均显著提高,掺加水性环氧树脂可改善乳化沥青冷再生混合料的抗疲劳耐久性,推荐最佳水性环氧树脂掺量为2.5%。工程实践表明,采用水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料显著改善了冷再生混合料的早期强度,连续3 a 以来未见任何路面病害,验证了水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青混合料用于高等级路面结构的可行性。%To improve the early strength and durability of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mix-ture,the waterborne epoxy resin mixed with emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,the waterborne ep-oxy resin under different dosage of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,early strength,compressive modulus of resilience,high and low temperature performance,the influence of the long-term use of per-formance and durability of fatigue test,and then used for cold recycled mixture were determined the best water-based epoxy resin content.The results show that compared with the common emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture in waterborne epoxy resin content of 1 %,2% and 3% respectively,the simulation of the scene early strength increased by 62%,87% and 92% respectively,waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture in keeping in good health after the 3 d can drill core samples from complete,adding waterborne epoxy resin significantly improves the early strength of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture;With in-creasing dosage of waterborne epoxy resin,the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture of high perform-ance at low temperature were significantly improved,adding waterborne epoxy resin can improve the fa-tigue durability of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,recommend the best dosage of waterborne ep-oxy resin is 2.5%.Engineering practices show that the water-based epoxy resin modified emulsified as-phalt cold recycled mixture is significantly improved the early strength of cold recycled mixture,continu-ous 3 years without any pavement disease,verified the waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture used in high-grade pavement structure is feasible.
