凝灰岩集料针片状颗粒含量对沥青混合料力学性能的影响研究

摘要

In order to explore the feasibility of tuff for asphalt pavement surface layer mixture,the aggregate flakiness content were 8％,11％,13％,15％,18％ cases of asphalt mixture laboratory test carried out in tuff set,test mixture compressive modulus,splitting strength,high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance water stability and anti fatigue performance,durability and anti slide.The test results show that reducing the needle aggregate content of tuff aggregate can improve the above performance of asphalt mixture,but its influence on the skid resistance of asphalt mixture is very limited.The research shows that the strict control of aggregate needle slice content is one of the feasible methods to apply tuff to surface asphalt mixture.%为了探讨凝灰岩用于沥青路面表面层混合料的可行性,在凝灰岩集料针片状含量分别为8％、11％、13％、15％、18％情况下对沥青混合料开展了室内试验,测试了混合料的抗压回弹模量、劈裂强度、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性以及抗疲劳性能和抗滑耐久性.试验结果表明,减小凝灰岩集料针片状含量可以改善沥青混合料的上述性能,不过其对沥青混合料抗滑耐久性的影响很有限.研究表明,严格控制集料针片状含量是将凝灰岩用于表面层沥青混合料的可行方法之一.
