掺生物沥青的乳化沥青冷再生混合料强度特性及路用性能研究

         

摘要

In order to partially replace petroleum asphalt products,and increasing the biomass proportion of heavy oil blending proposed using biological production of asphalt and petroleum bitumen blend emulsified asphalt and emulsified asphalt for cold recycled mixtures.Selection of two emulsifiers conventional performance indicators studied under different organisms emulsified asphalt heavy oil content,and then studied under different biomass heavy oil blending ratio of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture splitting strength,unconfined compressive strength and resistance resilient Modulus pressure variation;indoor accelerated load simulation-based test,low temperature test and indirect tensile fatigue SCB were studied biomass heavy oil emulsified asphalt cold regeneration Mixture performance.The test results showed that the biomass of heavy oil and bitumen production of emulsified asphalt blends its performance specifications meet the technical requirements of the existing renewable technologies,the use of biomass partial substitution of heavy petroleum products is reasonable,recommended for emulsified asphalt suitable bio-heavy oil blending ratio of cold recycled mixture of 30%~40%.%为部分替代石油沥青产品,同时增大生物质重油的掺配比例,提出采用生物沥青与石油沥青共混生产乳化沥青,并将其用于乳化沥青冷再生混合料.选用两种乳化剂研究了不同生物重油掺量下乳化沥青的常规性能指标,进而研究了不同生物质重油掺配比例下乳化沥青冷再生混合料的劈裂强度、无侧限抗压强度和抗压回弹模量变化规律;基于室内加速加载模拟试验、低温SCB试验和间接拉伸疲劳试验研究了生物质重油对乳化沥青冷再生混合料路用性能的影响.试验结果表明,生物质重油与石油沥青共混后所生产的乳化沥青其各项性能指标均满足现行再生技术规范技术要求,采用生物质重油部分替代石油产品是合理可行的,推荐用于乳化沥青冷再生混合料的适宜生物重油掺配比例为30%~40%.
