沥青类型对紫外光老化沥青混合料高低温性能研究

         

摘要

为了研究不同沥青类型对紫外光老化后沥青混合料高低温性能的影响,分别选取AH70#基质沥青、SK90#基质沥青和改性SBS I-C的沥青混合料进行室内试验,分析不同沥青类型对紫外光老化沥青混合料高低温性能的影响规律.试验结果表明:与基质沥青混合料相比,改性沥青混合料具有更好的抗紫外光老化性能,在强紫外光辐射地区,应优先选用改性沥青作为沥青路面结合料;对不同标号的基质沥青,高标号沥青混合料的动稳定度受紫外光老化影响更大,而低标号沥青混合料的低温劈裂强度受紫外光老化影响更大;AH70# AC-13N1型沥青混合料具有较好的高温抗紫外光老化性能,SK90# AC-13 N1型沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗紫外光老化性能.%In order to study the effect of different asphalt types on the high and low temperature performance of UV aging asphalt mixture, the AH70# matrix asphalt, SK90# matrix asphalt and modified asphalt mixture of SBS I-C were selected to test in laboratory , and the influence of different asphalt types on the high and low temperature performance of UV aging asphalt mixture is analyzed.Test results show that: the modified asphalt mixture has better anti ultraviolet aging performance compared with the matrix asphalt mixture, and the modified asphalt should be chosen as the binder of asphalt pavement in the area of strong ultraviolet radiation.For different grade matrix asphalt, the dynamic stability of high grade asphalt mixture have been affected more by ultraviolet aging, while the low temperature fracturing of low grade asphalt mixture have been affected more by ultraviolet aging.The type of AC-13N1 AH70# asphalt mixture has better high temperature resistance to UV aging, and the asphalt mixture of AC-13 N1 SK90# has better low temperature resistance to UV aging.
