基于有限元对沥青加铺层温度应力与荷载应力研究

         

摘要

采用ANSYS软件构建三维有限元模型分析了加铺沥青路面的旧水泥混凝土路面温度场和行车荷载应力场,对反射裂纹的形成的影响因素进行了探究.结果表明:温度应力和行车荷载是导致反射裂纹形成的主要原因,且温度应力影响更明显;存在一个最佳基层模量和基层脱空宽度能有效延缓反射裂缝的扩展速度,对于加铺层厚度对反射裂缝的影响,只有在加铺层厚度大于20 cm时,才能有效抑制反射裂缝形成.%used the ANSYS software to construct the paving asphalt was analyzed by three-dimensional finite element model to the old cement concrete pavement temperature field and stress field, the action of vehicle load on the influence factors of the formation of the reflection crack.The results show that the temperature stress and the driving load is reflection of the main causes of crack formation, and the temperature stress effect is more obvious;There is a best modulus and pavement width at the grass-roots level can effectively delay the reflective crack extension rate, for the influence of layer depth of reflection crack, only in the layer thickness is greater than 20 cm, can effectively restrain the reflection crack formation.
