基于ANSYS对机场半柔性道面的计算尺寸分析

摘要

理想状态下,对机场半柔性道面设计时,分析模型采用道面结构的实际几何尺寸,这样可最大程度模拟道面的真实情况,以获取精确的计算结果,但在计算机资源有限的条件下,这样反而会导致相反的结果,因此需确定出合理的计算尺寸.在此基于A380飞机,运用ANSYS,拟建15 m×15 m为平面尺寸的道面模型,在4轮、6轮、10轮-a、10轮-b、12轮、16轮布载下进行结构的力学响应分析.结果表明,在满足运算速度和结果精度的条件下,确定道面结构模型的计算尺寸为15 m×15 m是合理的.%Ideally,when designing the airport semi-flexible pavement,the analysis model use the actual geometry size of pavement structure,which can furthest simulate real situation,in order to get accurate results.But under the condition of the limited computer resources,this will lead to the opposite result instead,so it needs to determine the reasonable calculation size.Based on the A380,it plans pavement model with plane-size(15 m×15 m)by using ANSYS.It analyses the mechanical response of the structure under in different loading applications(four wheels,six wheels,ten wheels-a,ten wheels-b,twelve wheels,sixteen wheels).The results shows that it is reasonable determining the calculation size of pavement structure model is 15 m×15 m under the condition of meet the speed and accuracy of the results.
