大学生职业生涯规划5W教育模式实证研究

摘要

At present, to help college students to achieve matching their own interests with career and employment as soon as possi⁃ble becomes the key in college students' employment guidance work. The application of 5W education model in college students ca⁃reer planning can help the contemporary college students to understand themselves better, find their interested careers, and improve their employment successful rate effectively. Based on the explanation of the related theories of 5W education model, 90 students in grade 3 from a university are randomly selected as the research objects, and through elective courses, 5W education model is adopted to carry out college students career planning education. The empirical analysis is used to prove the significance of 5W education model in career planning and some suggestions to help make better career planning are put forward.%目前，帮助大学生尽快实现自身兴趣与职业的就业匹配，成为高校对大学生进行就业指导工作的重点。将5W教育模式应用在大学生职业生涯规划，帮助当代大学生更好地认识自己、发现自己感兴趣的职业，有效提升自身的就业成功率。在阐述5W教育模式相关理论知识的基础上，从某高校3年级学生中随机抽选了90名学生为研究对象，通过选修课程，采用5W教育模式对其展开大学生职业生涯规划教育，用实证分析5W教育模式对职业规划的意义，并对更好地进行职业生涯规划提出建议。
